Questa macchina è stata creata per eseguire l’ugualizzatura delle suole piane in cuoio e tunit con il principio della
sgrossatura e finitura della superficie da lavorare.
In questo modo la precisione nello spessore delle suole aumenta, non risentendo più dell’effetto durezza del materiale e dello spessore da asportare. Per rifinire al meglio la superficie del carniccio, è stato inserito un gruppo di smerigliatura che ha
la funzione di “rasare” la superficie stessa in modo da prepararla al meglio per le successive fasi di lavorazione quali, ad esempio, l’incollaggio. È possibile inserirla in linea con altre macchine.

Detailed description: Levelling machine with double finishing and flesh side fluffing.
This machine has been designed to carry out levelling operation on flat leather and tunit soles. Roughing and solesurface finishing are used to get the equalizing of soles.
Thanks to this kind of process, thickness of soles is more and more precise because we have no more problems with material hardness and even with thickness which has to be removed.
To get the best finishing of the “flesh” surface of sole, a fluffing system has been assembled. It has to “shave” the surface so to prepare it for the following process as, for example, glueing.
It is possible to put this machine in line with other machines.
