Macchina adatta a riattivare il collante sulle suole e sul fondo della scarpa.
La riattivazione della colla sulla suola si ottiene con delle lampade a raggi infrarossi: in pochi secondi portano la superficie della suola alla temperatura necessaria.
La riattivazione del collante sul fondo e sui fianchi della scarpa si ottiene tramite resistenze elettriche.

Sul pannello comandi è possibile variare:
> tempo di accensione delle lampade
> tempo di pausa (necessario per omogenizzare il ciclo produttivo)
> temperatura del piano per la riattivazione del fondo scarpa
> temperatura delle resistenze sul fianco della scarpa (lavorazione OPANKA)
> selettore ciclo Automatico-Manuale

Detailed description:

A machine suitable for reactivating the glue on the sole and bottom stock of the shoe.
An IR lamp reactivates the glue on the sole: in just a few seconds the surface of the sole is heated to the necessary temperature.
An electrical resistence is placed beneath the upper stainless steel top to reactivate the glue on the bottom of the shoe.

On the control panel it is possible to change:
> the turning-on time of the lamps
> the pause time (necessary to coordinate the productive cycle)
> the temperature of the top to reactivate the bottom stock of the shoe
> automatic/manual cycle selector switch
